PGCO was founded in 1992 as a boutique accounting, tax and advisory firm in Durban, South Africa that later expanded to Johannesburg in 2020. We are a Level 1 BBBEE majority female owned firm. PGCO has now positioned itself as a strategic business partner and on-demand CFO to small, medium and large corporates, facilitating growth, process improvement and promoting positive changes within client organisations.
We are an outsourced cloud based accounting and advisory firm using innovative business technologies to provide real-time and relevant data to our clients. Our innovative cloud-based tools and technologies enable remote collaboration to clients both locally and internationally. As a SAICA and SAIPA registered organisation, we are committed to consistent high quality service delivery. We are a professional accounting firm in Sandton and Durban.

The entire team at PGCO are all active volunteers of The Gounden Foundation.
Our success can only be complete if local communities & society can benefit from our efforts. Accordingly, we have formed a sister organisation, The Gounden Foundation, to facilitate PGCO’s corporate social responsibility projects.
The Gounden Foundation is a non-profit entity that is dedicated to serving society in the form of providing educational bursaries, distribution of food and hampers to the indigent, environmental awareness campaigns and assistance to animal welfare organisations amongst other initiatives.
The foundation also assists other non-profit organisations with their respective outreach initiatives.
